BOOKING  POLICY

 1. APPOINMENTS:

  • Appointments can be made daily from Monday through Sunday between the hours 9am-6pm over the phone or email. 

  • After hours events are subject to a 15% service charge.

2. PAYMENTS: 

  • We require that all appointments be secured by a credit card. A 50% deposit for the estimated services requested is required at the time of booking. Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received and processed. For any discount/promotion to be applied, please present your coupon upon paying for the rest of the service in person for price reduction. 

3. MINIMUM BOOKING: 

  • The per person minimum charge to receive individual on-site service is $75 (without gratitude and travel fee). The minimum charge to receive on-site nail service for groups or special event is $150 (without gratitude and travel fee). If you wish to receive services that total less than $75 for individual, the difference between services ordered and our service minimum will be applied to your total to meet the above per person service minimum.

4. CANCELATIONS/ DELAYS/ NO SHOWS:

  • Appointments must be canceled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Appointments made, changed or canceled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable and will still be charged in full for all services requested. If we cannot reach the client, or the client is not at the specified location and/or cannot be serviced for any reason, or health conditions were not disclosed at the time of booking, we reserve the right to: cancel the appointment after a 15 minute grace period and bill for the full amount of the services reserved

5. TRAVEL FEES:   

  • Locations within a 10 mile radius from Paradise Hills 87114 is included in the service price. The travel charge is $0.99 per mile outside of that radius.

  • We reserve the right to require greater service minimums and/or a travel fee/surcharge for service locations that are within our extended service area, but outside of our standard service area.

6. PARKING FEES: 

  • The client is responsible for all parking-related fees, including but not limited meters, tolls, parking & valet expenses incurred while services are being provided.

 

​7. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

  • Our professionals are at liberty to refuse services if they determine a situation to be inappropriate or uncomfortable.

8. GRATUITY: 

  • Gratuity is not included in your booking charge. The amount is at the customer's discretion and we can include it in your credit card charge by your request.   ​ 

9. YOUR HEALTH:

  • Your health is our top priority. All of our technicians are professionally trained, certified, and licensed to deliver the highest quality of service. However, we do request you advise us of your medical history and any health concerns at the time of booking. This information is necessary to ensure that we can provide any special accommodations required for your physical safety.

10. YOUR PRIVACY:

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal details are kept in the strictest confidence and are used only for the purpose of confirming your booking and providing you with our professional services.

1.  DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE ANYTHING?

  • We are beauty and wellness professionals who bring everything we need to perform service. All we need you to provide is a place to access and dispose of warm water. Along with our disposable manicure and pedicure kits, which include disposable gloves, nail files, cuticle pusher, nail buffer, pumice pad & foot bath liner, our travel nail technicians provide the towels, tools, bowls, stools, mats, and a variety of regular and gel polish colors to choose from. 

2. WHY ARE THE PRICES SO MUCH HIGHER THAN TRAVELING TO A NAIL SALON?

  • The reason the prices are higher than traditional corner salons is for the quality and convenience that on-site nail services provide and for the total time involved providing that service. Our experienced mobile nail technicians absorb the inconvenient hustle, bustle & hassle of going to a traditional brick & mortar salon, which is in turn, translated to the cost of services.

3. HOW ARE YOU WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS?

  • Yes! We regularly service with every age group from children to seniors. From a simple sports injury to a life-threatening diagnosis more than 50% of our clients have mobility limiting special needs. From children to seniors, we provide gentle, mindful accommodations to clients with varying disabilities, limitations, & fragilities.
